monarch sales consultants must complete a three-phase training
program designed to teach a comprehensive knowledge of Monarch’s
products and our selling system. Complete product expertise
includes more than mere taste tests and basic industry insights.
It also requires a thorough knowledge of the needs of each customer.
Our consultants are divided into two divisions: beer and wine.
In each of these divisions, sales representatives are classified
into two categories: On-Premise and Off-Premise. On-Premise
reps collaborate with owners of bars, restaurants, and other
locations where Monarch products are consumed on the premises.
While Off-Premise reps work with grocers, liquor store and convenience
store owners.
