Moving past being a sales-rep and becoming more of a consultant
to their customers are the keys to success for the On-Premise
sales rep. Maintaining a focus on the customer is done by ensuring
there is a designated list of our products at each account.
These reps also work to create price features and drink specials,
which are highlighted throughout the establishment on table
tents, case cards and banners. The On-Premise rep ensures that
the back bar prominently displays our beer and wine and that
the tap knobs feature our products to help draw the customer’s
attention to Monarch products.
