College at Work

The College at Work Program was created to promote continuing education opportunities to interested employees.  Through various resources and events, employees can gain access to a wide variety of colleges and universities focused on the needs of working adults.

Program Highlights Include:

  • Education Fair – Each year, Monarch invites representatives from local colleges and universities to discussthe benefits of various degrees, and specific requirements for their programs.  This event takes place at the Indianapolis office and gives employees access to over 14 different schools at the same time.

  • Meet and Greets – Located in the Indianapolis cafeteria (during lunch hours) college and university representatives provide literature about their educational programs and are available to answer individual questions.

  • College at Work Online – Contact information is provided through the company website for employees interested in continuing their education (web addresses, direct phone numbers and email addresses).

From the first day of employment, Monarch promotes continuing education and has a tuition reimbursement policy which provides reimbursement of 85% of tuition costs up to $4,000 per calendar year.
