time you have to wait on hold, while giving you full control of
your order.
Getting Started
Account setup is quick and easy.
Your web account number will be the letters "WEB," followed
by your regular account number. For example, your web account number
might be "webT9999." Your initial password will be the
same as your account number. Please note that, for security reasons,
you will be required to change your password after you initially
login. If you do not currently have a web account with Monarch Beverage,
and you wish to start a new account, simply call (317) 612-3279,
or email at onlineordering@Monarch-Beverage.com.

A Special Note Regarding
Your Order
Monarch Beverage cannot guarantee next-day delivery on any online
orders received after 4:00 pm. These orders will be processed the
next scheduled business day.

First Steps
Click on the "Online Order Form" button from the Online
Ordering section of the Monarch Beverage Home Page. Next, click
once on the "Place An Order" icon. You will first be asked
to enter your web account number and password (see "Getting
Started above"). If this is your first time ordering online
with Monarch Beverage, the screen will prompt you to change your
password. Once your password has been changed, the "Existing
Orders" page will appear to begin the order process.

Check the Status
of an Existing Order or Place a New Order
The "Existing Orders page allows you to see what you have ordered
previously. You can click on any one of the listed existing orders
to call up specific details on that order, or you can simply click
on the "Enter" button at the top of the screen to place
a new order. Next, select your pickup or delivery option and press
"Enter" to continue. If you do not use this delivery option,
just press "Enter" to continue.

View Past Order
History and Create New Order
Your past order history will now be displayed. You can now compare
current orders with orders placed in the past year. To place a new
order click on the "This Order" column and list the quantity
for each product you desire. If an item you select is not in stock,
a message box will appear to notify you. Press the "Enter"
button to continue with your order.

Once You Have Placed
Your New Order
Once you have completed your current order, the column on the left
side of the screen gives you several options to process your entries.
The "Order Total" button allows you to view a detailed
page of your entire order. Click on the "Save Order" option
when you are ready to submit your order to Monarch Beverage. The
"Cancel Order" button allows you to exit out of the order
without updating the system. The "Stack Order" button
brings your complete current order to the top of the screen for
you to review. The "Left" and "Right" options
allow you to view your entire order history listed in the dialogue
box.

Completing
the Order Process
Once you have reviewed and approved your final order, click on the
"Order Total" button on the left side of the screen to
receive a tentative invoice total for your order. A "Detail"
option then appears on the left, which will give you a summarized
breakdown of your entire current order. After verifying the details
of your order, click the "Return" button at the top. Then
select "Save Order." Your order has now been processed.
As one last check, you may enter your SEP# and press "Enter"
to view or change your current order. Once your order is complete,
a confirmation screen will appear, which will list the job number,
and the date and time you placed your order. By clicking "OK,"
your order is complete and the system will sign you off automatically.
